Press Release: MHM Properties Collaborating with the FACES Consulting Group

Over the past year, MHM Properties has been working closely with a student group called FACES Consulting.  The students have been collaborating with our Marketing Manager Sam Lee and have been working closely to expand MHM’s company brand. We are providing insight to the student consultants about the real estate business as well as student housing experiences.

What is FACES Consulting?

FACES Consulting is the first international student consulting organization at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.  FACES brings together the finest and the most creative minds with diverse backgrounds. FACES provides members with opportunities to practice in consulting projects in various industries, helping to develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills while providing actionable solutions to clients.

FACES Consulting has been providing unique insights, research-based analysis, and applicable solutions to MHM Properties.  With Clarin Florentyna’s leadership, the FACES Consulting group has been growing and working with various clients from the Chicago and Champaign-Urbana area.

Marketing Manager Sam Lee said, “At MHM Properties we strive to give back to the community and want to provide an enjoyable and pleasant student housing experience.  Working with FACES Consulting has enabled us to provide those for our tenants. It’s always a pleasure, and it’s fun to work with these talented and bright students.”

Every week the FACES Consulting members and Lee will meet to discuss real problems that occur on student housing experiences as well as finding solutions to improve and grow.  Without FACES Consulting and Lee’s tireless efforts, MHM Properties would not have become what it is today.

MHM Properties is committed to contributing to a better Champaign-Urbana community through varied initiatives, including working with student groups, organizations, and businesses.
