Renewing your lease allows you to stay the three-week period in between leases for free! So, if you’re planning to stay for another year, make sure to renew and save the move-out hassle. MHM Properties will inform our current residents of the new rent rates as early as move-in day so that residents can begin renewal discussions as soon as possible.
Renewal Procedure
Call MHM Properties office to request a renewal lease for the apartment address. Inform the staffs of the names of people who will be signing the renewal lease.
Changes to rent, deposits and other terms may apply.
